We are all the same but different. Each of us has a unique personality and body shape to match. Did you know these two were related? This is called your temperament and constitution and you should know what yours is. If we explore the temperaments and their essential characteristics, we can learn how to balance them. When we come to understand the temperament and constitutional makeup, we realise that the same diseases do not affect everyone. In other words one is temperamentally disposed to certain illnesses.
